Garcinia Cambogia

I just saw this on Dr. Oz.  There is research that shows this suppresses appetite and blocks carb absorption. Garcinia cambogia
Look for supplements that have HCE  at 50% or higher
500 - 1000 mg up to 3000 mg
Empty stomach 30 - 60 minutes before eating
Should be combined with Potassium or Calcium
